FUNCTION: Adaptive Reuse

The study was done on the Survey Measurement and Refunctioning lesson,. It is a project
carried out in Iznik district of Bursa. As A4 group, this field was studied in Konak 3-4 square.
In the first stage, environmental research was conducted within the scope of the survey,
necessary interviews, research and analysis were conducted in line with the demands of the
public, and then, on-site measurements were taken and technical drawings were made. As a
result of these researches and analyzes, the areas that need to be protected were decided
and worked on. 2 commercial centers were built and the building was re-designed according
to its original form. In this study, priority name and brand studies were included and then
technical details were given. A project was realized by creating spaces and designs that
would not contradict the integrity of the permit.
