FUNCTION: Adaptive Reuse

 

Within the scope of the survey and re-functioning lesson, located in Konak 3-4 square
Survey of scarf / glassware shops was taken. Other technical drawings of the area after the survey completed and restaged. A7 group was given the function of “Gastronomy and Tasting Center” within the scope of the re-functioning.
The purpose of this gastronomic center; It was determined as the tasting and buying of local products from the tasting center of the public and the tourists coming to the region. It was decided that the products to be sold should be olive oil, wine, grapes, sherbet, jam, various breads, and the center name would be chosen Dionysos. Plan and settlement function; From the moment customers entered the tasting center, it was determined to see the introductions and production stages of the products, to have the opportunity to test and then to buy the products they saw and tasted. A workshop area has been solved upstairs for the social activity goal. In the landscape area next to the building, a public space was designed for the public, besides the gastronomic center.
