FUNCTION: Adaptive Reuse

Iznik Tile Museum project was planned instead of the commercial functions in the current building in the re-functioning work planned in the 1st block of Iznik Konak Square. With this decision, based on the needs of the region, Iznik Konak Square was designed to appeal to users of all ages.
Iznik tile making, which reflected Iznik's culture throughout the years, has been taken as the starting point of the project. During the design phase, the historical texture of Iznik is reflected along with modern elements. Apart from the museum function, Iznik Tile Museum also has a gift shop.
