FUNCTION: Adaptive Reuse

 

In the study conducted in the Valide Inn, coffee was studied. 3 different functions were loaded in 3 different places.
1st place product display area: This is the exhibition area of ​​traditional tools used in Turkish coffee making in our research file, used in stages such as roasting, grinding and cooking. This exhibition was made as a mini museum. these historical tools will be exhibited in glass lanterns. Platforms that provide information about the products are placed in the center of the space. 2.mekan Turkish coffee preparation presentation area: different varieties here. Coffees prepared with different presentation techniques serve our guests.
3rd place coffee selling area: Sales of coffee tasted is realized. Payment area sales shelves at this place platform.
