FUNCTION: Adaptive Reuse

Within the scope of the "Re-functioning Project" for the business house consisting of 4 independent blocks within the Konak Bazaar, which is within the scope of the works of Iznik Municipality, work started. He took a survey for the ground floors of the public library in block 4 and went to work. Technical drawings were completed and ideas were exchanged on the functioning. The things that need to remain active and change were determined.
In order to create a study center, the necessary areas were created taking into account the needs lists and customer supply-demands, and a green area was arranged in the area within the land, and external stairs were used. Special attention was paid to creating special areas in the material selection, paying particular attention to sound insulation. In addition, everything needed to be found in public areas was considered.
Our outdoor and indoor 3D works have been completed and made available for presentation.
